Little did I know that I could find books from Latin American Authors, like Paulo Coelho, Mario Benedetti, a Latin American studies book with articles of Brazilian culture, Bolivian political affairs, Mexican History, in english and some other books in spanish, well, as the tittle says, is London's most diverse free book exchange, you can find books in many languages !!

so how does it work ?

You simply need to take a book , or few books, that you perhaps finished reading, and you go to  Kingly Court, in Carnaby and you can exchange your book /s , you can write a review and leave a note on their book that they have at the entrance, and yes , its as simple as that !

However if you like you could stay at the place, they have chairs and tables, so a perfect study place too ! and in the center of London, a few steps away form Oxford Street and Bond Street.

A few books I found  from the History of Mexico ( in spanish) and some others form Latin American Authors.

And of course you can find many other books ! about fashion, travel, music, photography ,

The project has been curated by the MA Fashion Curation students at London College of Fashion

Miss Obleas: Photoshoots : A FairyTale Story..

The concept behind this photo-shoot was a fairytale story: showing in pictures, of (at first) two kids growing and sharing memories together, and then growing and having to go their separate ways, living different lives, and then being reunited when they are older.
How it all started, well how did I get involved, well me and a friend were walking along a park, when two photographer students, approached us and asked as if we would like to be involved in their university project. We did not hesitate, we liked the idea and said YES !
The photo-shoot involved different days, different locations, as for my part , I was the girl who went her different way, in a much stylish, elegant way, therefore the clothes, settings, lights, makeup , etc had to reflect in the pictures, and Dona is a very good photographer, very professional and passionate in what she does, she knew exactly what she wanted and therefore , I knew what I had to do.
The story tells in pictures, how at the end the friends reunited themselves, after both having lived different lives.
