There is a FREE Quinoa Workshop taking place this Saturday 22nd of March, conducted by the renowned Bolivian executive Chef Mr. Franz Quispe.
There are two sessions : 14:00-15:15 and 15:45-17
at the Westminster Kingsway college, Vincent Square, London , SW1P 2PD

FREE : "The International Exhibition of Andean Quinoa" in London

From next Thursday 20th March to Saturday 22nd March, the Embassy of Bolivia will present “The International Exhibition of Andean Quinoa” at Bolivar Hall, from 10.00am to 6.00pm.

"The exhibition is the work of Bolivian artist Gaston Ugalde, and features symbolic material using different Andean iconography and woven textiles, a large traditional boat made from the cattail reed and photos of the different types and colours of quinoa that exist, including Royal Bolivian Quinoa."

The aim of this exciting exhibition is to raise awareness about the benefits of quinoa and its contribution to food security whilst also promoting recognition of this important Latin American heritage.
